Florida’s sponsor investment landscape entered 2025 with signs that the cooling trend seen at the end of 2024 may be here to stay. According to the 1H‑2025 Florida Sponsor Report, deal flow dipped slightly to 258 sponsor transactions, down from 273 in 1H‑2024.
