The Transworld Selling Advantage

I’m often asked by sellers what makes #Transworld Business Advisors the best choice when selling your business. In reflection, it is daunting for a seller to choose a broker when there is so much misinformation out there. I thought I would put down some thoughts on what I think makes us different.
1. Long Standing Firm: 35 years, 20 of which under present ownership. business brokerage is an industry where people and firms come and go. The normal firm is a mom and pop subject to the whims of the ownership, their health, and their financial situation. We are 100 plus strong professionals with deep experience and measurable long term success.
2. 45% market share – we have the listings so the buyers come to us. This matters and is an indicator of our financial strength.
3. Of the 800 plus deals sold in Florida we sold almost 300 of them. When you realize there are 801 active brokers in the state it should be apparent who gets the deals done.
4. Real Marketing – we aren’t going to slap your listing on an mls and bizbuysell and hope for the best. No one spends more on advertising a business than #transworld . Print, Media, Networking, Social Media, web advertising and radio are all part and parcel of the custom strategy applied to your deal.
5. Results – I have said it many times. Given that 20% of businesses that go to market sell the choice of broker is vital. Results Matter! Consistency Matters!
