To those in business who do not know the value of a sales professional it is often lost on people just how critically important to a businesses success is the hunter.  These professionals are aggressive and drivers.  If business is not growing it is spiraling into death.  When you hire a business broker it of course is important to recognize that the broker can read a profit and loss but convincing a buyer to spend hundreds of thousands on what in essence is good will and air takes a talented and aggressive salesman.

That salesman or saleswoman has to have the hunter mentality. Must be a aggressive professional who does not settle for second as they view second as first loser.   Blood on the Mouth, Aggressive and competitive salespeople are thoroughbreds.  They are made for the race.  Hire one and recognize their talent.
