Yes there is an exodus of boomers…yes it will occur at some point in the next 2 years. At a local level it is validated by internal data where brokers (both Transworld and Competitors) are speaking with sellers in the baby boomer bracket. But, and yes there is a but….they are not the substantial sellers we speak of in the previous emails…these are small businesses under 1 million dollars…..these folks are getting valuations and are holding on probably longer than they should.
