Buying a Business…some due diligence reflections

The key to buying a business from a macro standpoint is education. The challenge is to realize that no matter your experience and your academic credentials this process is one that require wisdom and experience in the process of buying and selling.
Unfortunately most buyers and seller will only go through this process a couple of times and frankly that isn’t enough practical experience to be fully equipped to engage in this process.
