I was having a conversation with a buyer and she was getting lost in the weeds on operations. Important stuff but I told her after getting into the education for buying a business and given that she was already a good operator I said you really need to ramp up on sales and marketing. Sales after all if the margins are solid will solve lots and lots of problems.
