ChatGPT….it got a ton of press over the last month and when it hit I tried to log in and play with it and could not get access. Not shocking for sure so over the weekend I took som time to play with it.
I wanted to understand its output, viability, potential implications, and possible utilization in the market for small business owners. So here are the 3 top uses for Chat GPT for small businesses…and my small I mean those bootstrapping themselves to growth and market share.
- Content Generation: As I work with my own small businesses they know that content on social media is important but they also struggle with the how and the what. The how….well go to google and ask the damn question….the what ….well Chat GPT solves the content question for you….and most importantly it does it fast.
- Text Generation for customer service bots and customer interface….when linked with a chatbot you can create an immediate response to customer common questions. You of course need to keep it simple for now; but ChatGPT and other AI solutions will get smarter….yes Skynet is here (80’s reference for you old folks).
- Language Translation: In a changing demographic where your consumers often speak in other than English…well guess what they consume content in that format as well. So blogging, content creation, bots and even translation is a simple as deploying this tool.
